A practical extension of your business
IT issues affect employees, customer service and business operations. Support should therefore be structured, documented and responsive rather than dependent on finding a technician after a problem has already caused disruption.
Visage Infotech supports desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, Microsoft 365, business applications and connected office systems for organisations in Dubai and across the UAE.
Services can be provided on demand, through scheduled engineer visits or under an annual maintenance contract with agreed response arrangements and defined areas of responsibility.
Remote IT support
Many software, access, email and configuration issues can be resolved remotely. Secure remote support allows our engineers to diagnose problems, guide users and implement fixes without waiting for a site visit.
Where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, it can be escalated for onsite attendance with the diagnostic information already recorded.
Onsite engineering support
Our onsite services cover hardware installation, network troubleshooting, user support, system replacement and coordination with vendors or building-management teams.
Scheduled visits can also be used to review recurring issues, inspect equipment and complete maintenance before faults become operational disruptions.
Managed IT and AMC services
Under an annual maintenance contract, we become familiar with your systems, employees and operational priorities. This allows support to become faster and more consistent over time.
The support scope can include helpdesk access, defined site visits, system monitoring, network administration, Microsoft 365 management, asset records and vendor coordination.
User and device management
We support the complete device lifecycle, including setup, software installation, security configuration, employee handover, repair coordination and secure reassignment or disposal.
We can also manage user onboarding and offboarding so that email accounts, devices and system permissions are handled consistently.
